We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Orders are generally packed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. Hungry Hungry Hepi is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel and product.

Rural deliveries may take longer than standard delivery times.
